    A recent conversation with a friend has once lead me again to ponder on human nature and our actions. My most recent thought is on how people in the world of business continues to try to enforce the mentality that what is business is business and what is personal is personal, but truth be told it is pretty impossible. I am sure people would agree with me when I say in order to have an efficient team, staff or partnership you need to establish a sort of personal relationship in order to gain the trust and loyalty of others. I have yet to meet someone and tell me that he/she has an efficient work force with no personal attachment with each other and everything is strictly professional, and when the time comes along where in you have to enforce the business is business mentality the person who is being affected or "victim" can not take it lightly. Why? you ask because a relationship is established and we all know that when A friendship is established you would never imagine that a friend would put money in front of you, but technically in that instance he is not your friend he is your boss. And this is where human nature would come in trough our emotions when it takes control and we then start to distance our self from this person because we can not accept what he has done to you even when you know that it was purely business nothing personal. Which leads me to my conclusion on this topic that the mentality on separating  business from personal is another perfect concept like Communism, but what leads this concept to fail is the same way every perfect concept has prove to be either unsuccessful or out come is not as expected is because the people behind it or implementing it are humans and we all know that humans are not perfect and that is human nature.
